Hi everybody, I recently installed some games on my computer, and the only one that will run is Jon Woos Stranglehold.

Gta 4, 007 quantum solace, crysis 3 will not open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to no avail! Please help!

My rig consists of;
AMD fx 6200
Evga GTX 760 4gb
Gskill ripjaws x series 8Gb@1866
Windows 7 64bit ultamate w/sp1 on a 256Gb SSD also has my games on it.
I am also using Comodo antivirus, and I've tried everything, run game as admin. Run in Comodo sandbox, disabled Comodo all together and still nothing!

Hmm....no offense, but are they legit games? If they're cracked copies, you're not going to get much support here, not to mention a plain, clean CTD without any alert or warning message is their distinctive sign...

Either way, is the cpu/gpu overclocked? If so, try gradually getting back to stock clocks and see if things work.
Are your drivers up to date? And on the same note,
Are all of your needed Microsoft Visual c++ Redistributable packages and DirectX libraries installed and updated correctly?

Does any error message pop out? Anything we can use to rule out some possibilities?

I still invite you to try updating all three things I mentioned. That is:
- video card drivers (update them by manually downloading the package off their website, and not by using the Nvidia experience "thingamabob")
- Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages. If the games need them, there will be an executable for that in one of the folders on the disk. You can also update them by manually downloading them off Microsoft's website. Oh, and before you ask, no, getting 2012 doesn't mean you don't need older versions, so you need to get the most recent versions of any redistributable package out there...
- DirectX packages. Same as above, there should be an executable in the disk, although in this case I highly suggest you get the latest Web installer and let it work its magic.

Report back any outcome.

lol, GFWL...
Funny how a failed attempt for Microsoft to develop a Steam-like platform is still haunting the games that used it...
It got trashed some time ago and was never to be added to any game anymore AFAIK, but it seems games that came with it still need it for DRM I guess.

Well, glad you solved the problem ;)  but what's the issue with GTA4?
