"windows cannot find" for .exe that is what im getting when im trying to open!! Please solve my problem!!!!

Windows cannot find "C:/documents and settings/My documents/downloads/utorrent.exe". Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again

I downloaded the utorrent installation file from net n when im tryin to install it by clicking the downloaded .exe file im getting the specified error!!
