Hello friends,
I may have just messed up a little and was seeing if it wasnt that bad, my build (right now) is an MSI z97 gaming 7 board with the 20 anniversary pentium in it (for fun cause i started gaming on)(and to switch over to intel too) more on the rig its got 2 4gb sapphire r9 270x's which get *warm* all in an air 540, my question is how bad was it that i ordered nf-f12's for front intakes? Also at this time i ordered an x61 (hot-ass-haswell) and its been very hot here in MN so new cooler seemed like a good idea too. (sorry if this doesnt make sense)

Basically my main question is- how are the nf-f12's for general pc cooling?
Thanks

They're very good. They don't push as much air as, say, the NF-S12A, but they're focused-flow fans, so are good at pushing air past obstructions like drive bays. I have 4 of them myself in various builds.

The only critique I would offer is that, if your system is running hot, you'll probably see better results using 140mm fans rather than 120s. I prefer the NF-A14s myself, but I'm sure lots of other people will chime in with their own brand and model opinions.
