Zotac Geforce 640
Kingstone hyperx (2*4gb)RAM
Seagate barracuda 500GB hdd
Cooler master CM force500+thunder500W PSU

I want to build PC for working with video editing softwares and would also love decent gaming experience...
My budget is around ₹46000

Solution
The cpu and board is fine, the GPU will leave a lot to be desired. You should at least get a 750 ti to even half way decent play games.

You should also get a higher end power supply that is at least 80+ rated from Antec, Seasonic, or XFX. Dont go cheap on the part that can destroy everything else in your computer

So will 600w PSU will work better?plus Kepler architecture is a must.and my budget is not that much to pull of with gtx 750ti...can u suggest with the price range upto ₹9000

No no no, its not about the wattage, 500w is plenty, hell 350w is enough for that gpu.
It is about quality of the power supply. A cheap power supply is like a cheap car amp, it claims it puts out 600 watts, while in reality if it ever hit 400watts or higher it is for the 2 seconds before it fries everything it is connected to.

For your needs I would look at 450-550 watts (it is not uncommon for a 550w to be on sale for a better price then a 450). What you need to do though is buy a power supply that is quality made and tested to prove that it can properly output its advertised voltage. The 80+ certification means it can put out its required voltage and at 50% load it only has 20% of loss (meaning if 50% was 200 watts that it has to pull in 240 watts to output 200).
