Worth upgrading to 4930k?

Hi. I use my build for gaming and lots of video editing/rendering. If I upgraded my 3820 to the 4930k would there be any noticeable performance difference in video editing or rendering? Also keep in mind I will be over clock the 4930k as heavily as I did my 3820.

It would be a very small performance difference. You might notice it a little bit, but it'll hardly be a worthwhile upgrade. $580 is a very steep price to pay for what will be a 10% performance improvement at most.
