Looks perfect to me. I wouldn't recommend any changes. Well done :D

Edit; except the RAM speed. 1600Mhz is the sweet spot for haswell, anything more can cause instability when overclocking and puts unnecessary load on the CPU. :)

the only thing i would change is Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer to ASUS DRW 24B1ST, seagate to western digital blue and cm hyper 212 evo to raijintek aidos (cooler, smaller and cheaper, check review on it: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Raijintek/Aidos/)
