Hello folks!
Since my current system is partially over six years old, and not all that powerful anymore, I have been considering an upgrade for quite a while now, and in the end I came to the conclusion that I rather just get a whole new system. I would not consider myself to be new to this, though I still am rather unsure, and I would love to hear some advice. The System will be mainly used for Gaming, although from time to time I also intend to edit videos or use programs like Photoshop, eventually cinema 4D and the likes.

(Please note that I live in Austria, so the part prices are a bit different. For the sake of simplicity I will just write the prices I know in dollars.)

My budget is about 1200€, eventually a bit more

CPU: [Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor] | $313.36 / aprox. 285€
Motherboard: | [MSI Z97-GAMING 7 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard] | $177.98 / aprox. 155€
Memory | [Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory] | $158.12 / aprox. 130€
GPU: | [Sapphire Radeon R9 290X 4GB Vapor-X Video Card] | $579.99 / aprox. 480-500€
Case: | [Phanteks Enthoo Luxe] | ca. $160 / aprox. 140€
Total: $1389.45 / aprox. 1070€

Parts I still need advice about:
Motherboard: I have heard mixed opinions about MSI's boards, also I am unsure if I need the gaming 7 or if a gaming 5 will suffice. A few words of advice would be appreciated.
Power supply: I'm not sure, a psu with 750 watt is all I know. Preferably 80+ bronze and removable cables, any recommendations would be appreciated. (I know that the R9 290x can draw a lot of power, so I just want to be sure)
GPU: I am not quite sure If i should spend the extra money on the Vapor-X version, or if I should save a little and go with the Tri-X; I am fairly certain that I want one manufactured by Sapphire though.
Memory: I need 16 Gigabytes of ram, I considered getting Crucial Smart Tracers, because hey, eye candy, but I honestly don't really need it. Like before, suggestions appreciated.
CPU cooler: Not sure because of case dimensions. I probably will do some overclocking though.

Storage: I already own two HDDs, although I might consider a Samsung 840 evo, probably 128 gigabytes, I'm not sure.
I have one 1920x1080 and one 1280x1024 display.

I intend to purchase it in the next two to four weeks.

As you can see, I am largely unsure about a lot of the parts, but any advice, tips or comments would be much appreciated.
I hope I didn't miss anything crucial. If so, please notify me.

You're spending all your budget on the heavy processing parts but there's not enough for the rest of the system.

If you're only rendering videos occasionally, you could just go with an i5 4690k. Especially since the system will be mostly for gaming anyways.

Motherboard, the ASRock z97 extreme4 is a cost efficent board for overclocking and for the features that it offers. It should be cheaper than the MSi board you're considering. Between the msi gaming 5 vs 7, it depends on what you're looking for, but in most cases, the gaming 5 can do what the gaming 7 can. The gaming 7 may support a higher overclock though.

r9 290x, if the price from the tri-x to vapor-x isn't a huge problem, then go for it. Otherwise, going with the tri-x would...

CPU cooler, cm hyper 212 evo is a good low budget effective cooler. It should support a decent overclock.

PSU, If you want a 750w, EVGA is a good choice. If not EVGA, then XFX/Antec/Seasonic/PC Power and cooling if they're available.
