I need a gpu for my pc. I have a amd a10 50th with Radeon HD 7660D integrated graphics. The integrated graphics are pretty good, I can get 60+ gas on mw2, waw, planetary annihilation, heavily modded minecraft, skyrim. But I want to be able to run it on two screens, and possibly stream.

More about : graphics card

Streaming relies more on the CPU and having more threads to work with. As for gpu upgrade to run 2 screens, most discrete gpus can support 2+ monitors, it depends on what you expect out of it.

For your budget, the best card would be the r9 270. I'd recommend a sapphire r9 270 because its actually a r9 270x with less power.

At the 150$ Price Range You've got 2 Options
1st- The R7-265 ( Better than the 750 Ti if you want to use stock settings )
2nd- The 750 Ti ( Good If you are going to OC or not sure about what your PSU Can Handle )

3rd Choice and the Reason why I left some space is because its a little bit higher than your budget but can absolutely handle anything at 900p which is the R9-270X , I've seen one for 160$ Which is a complete bang for your Buck.

If I use a gpu instead of the integrated one in my cpu shouldn't the CPU run better? And as far as the dial monitors goes I want one to have Netflix whole the other had a game running

I would recommend the MSI GAMING 750Ti - great cards that run cool as hell :)  ( Have 2 in different rigs :)

There would be stress relieved from the CPU and more RAM freed up because your iGPU isn't going to be used.

As for CPU performance, for streaming at least, it'll struggle because it's going to be encoding while you're playing because apus aren't really strong CPUs for that end of stuff. It'll still do it, but you're going to suffer in gameplay because of the encoding side of things. Even if you're lowering graphics and what not, you'd still have some struggle and choppiness. I'll be honest and say I don't really know how streaming will do with an APU, but I remember trying to stream with an athlon and gameplay suffered quite a lot. Of course the athlon I used is probably worse than the APU, so I'm thinking it'll fair better.

But for discrete gpu, grame rates in game will improve because you're throwing in a dedicated card.
