I built a custom rig for my friend who is a U.S. Marine up in North Carolina, I shipped him the whole thing and threw in a new Level 10 gaming mouse.
From what he's described the mouse buttons work but the cursor will not move at all for some reason.
We've tried reinstalling the software, using it in the bios, restarting the machine.
About everything I could think of personally.
Other mice apparently work fine.
They don't have a microcenter there locally so I was hoping this was something we wouldn't need to RMA.
