Hello,
If you want to overclock that i7, go for H100i; if you want to have a more responsive system, take the SSD (at least an 120 GB Samsung EVO); if you have the budget, go for both.
Just be sure that your case has enough space to accomodate the H100 radiator.

The SSD speed up your windows boot time, and a couple of games, programs. The H100i will only benefit you if you want a high overclock. Getting an M500 120GB SSD and a Hyper 212 Evo, would fit within your budget (price of the H100i) and benefit you the most, as you'll be able to overclock, and get the SSD for faster boot times, and loading times.

Go for ssd, a cpu cooler won't increase anything to do with your gaming performance, however, a ssd will
