Will a Corsair CX600M 600 watt PSU work for these specs:

Only reason I ask is because the Radeon HD6970 is a power sucker using up to 300 watts under full load. The AMD FX-6300 also uses up to 200 under full load. I'm on a budget and only will upgrade the PSU if I need to. Also should I buy a modular PSU? I don't really care how my PC looks inside, my current one is a mess of wires. I just don't want a mess of cables to cause overheating. Btw don't worry if the parts list looks incomplete, I already have 6gb of RAM and a CPU cooler.

Your power supply can hold those parts. Your processor shouldn't eat 200 watts. As for cable management, zip ties are your best friend.

So don't spend the extra $ on a modular PSU?

You can, but it's more of a luxury than necessity. Rarely do cables affect performance of computers because it's easy to push cables into a corner or tie them down to something.

At the price I linked, you would be hard pressed to find a better PSU.

Looks like I'm getting the XFX, I just realized it's the cheapest one with more than 2 8 pin connectors because the HD 6970 uses a 6 pin and 8 pin PCIe power connector and the CPU needs an 8 pin (4+4) too. Plus AMD recommends a 550+ watt PSU for it. Thanks for the link!

EDIT: I know the motherboard is bad for CrossFire but the XFX power supply will work for CrossFire right?
