No mate, that's an AMD process and an Intel motherboard. If you want Gigabyte you need to be looking at

Well, not anymore you can't, anyway. Quite a few years ago you could drop the likes of a amd k6-2 into a pentium mobo. Then with the introduction of athlon amd started designing their own mobo chipsets and has never looked back since(That was about 15 years ago).
