Would a AMD 760K Richland Quad-Core 3.8GHz Socket FM2 100W Desktop Processor AD760KWOHLBOX fit a GIGABYTE GA-H61N-USB3 LGA 1155 Intel H61 HDMI USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard?

No. Your motherboard is lga 1155 and processor belongs to fm2. You can't mix amd processors and Intel motherboards or vice versa.

Ok thanks, would you have any suggestions, I need mini-ITX motherboad and a processor or a pretty good price, nothing extremely expensive.

Well, not anymore you can't, anyway. Quite a few years ago you could drop the likes of a amd k6-2 into a pentium mobo. Then with the introduction of athlon amd started designing their own mobo chipsets and has never looked back since(That was about 15 years ago).
