Just reinstalled windows after having a virus but not getting all my drivers I had before?

So I just wiped my hard drive and reinstalled windows 7 after having a virus. After the reinstall I don't have any drivers that I need for windows. For example I don't a Ethernet driver. If anyone could help that would be great! Thank you.

The realtek driver for the ethernet port, the chipset driver for your motherboard and the realtek audio driver is the bare minimum. Reboot and check what else is giving an exclamination mark in your device list (eg usb 3,0)
