Overclocking Failed press F1

I was loading up ARMA 3, Then my computer shuts off and when i try to reboot it dosent work nothing comes on the screen it takes me 3-4 times for it to turn on and when it does turn on American Express says Overclocking Failed press F1 to start the setup Please help me it is getting really annoying

MOBO : ASUS z87-A

GPU : GTX 770

CPU Intel i5 4670k 3.4Ghz

RAM : 8gb Corsair Vengeance

PSU : LEPA 650W 80+

HDD : WD 2TB

SSD : 128GB

this means you have to press f 1 to load the bios default settings your overclock is too high .

yes i have to press f1 and it takes me to the bios and i have to select my hardrive to load into windows and i dont think i am overclocking i haven't downloaded any program or changed anything

try to boot with minimal parts like the os drive and 1 ram module also use the onboard video connector and renove gpu from system .

no but i dont think that will solve it i want to know what i need to change in the BIOS and why my computer shuts off everytime i go in a game

it could be the gpu that why i ask to test with minimal parts and the onboard one .

press the f 1 enter the bios do not change anything and on the default settings press save and exit this should reset bios to default if that does not work you may have hardware issue could be gpu or a ram module so test will be with minimal parts to find the defective one .

i have been told that it might be my LEPA 650W PSU since it is an offbrand

the only way to know if it is the psu you have to use another one in the system for test .
