I've been looking at both these cards really closely they both look very appealing; here's a comparison list on PcPartPicker: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/asus-video-card-s...
Thanks

the 770 will outperform the 760. but the 2gb vs. 4gb is something that we first need to know what you intend to play, and on what resolution. like watch dogs.... it needs to have 3gb vram to run the textures at ultra settings.

If you can afford it get the GTX 770. It's very noticeably faster compared to the 760. Doesn't matter that the GTX 760 has 4GB VRAM as it's not fast enough to use it all up.

Without doubt the EVGA GTX 770 2GB wins this match as it's clocked higher and will last longer before you have to buy another graphics card.

Reason for this?
Yes. The GTX 770 is still very well known card and although the 760 has 2GB more, it won't really do much difference if your only using 1 monitor or 2 monitors with low resolutions so I'd go with the best deal for your money which is the GTX 770

PS: I previously owned a GTX 770 and it never failed me at nothing, Now i have a R9 290 Tri-x from AMD which is slightly faster at everything compared to the card you might be buying now.

The gtx 770 would do better than the gtx 760. As mentioned above, the 760 probably wouldn't be able to use up all 4gb of vRAM.

If you're going with a gtx 770, stick with the 2gb. The price of the 4gb can get you a r9 290 if you're going to consider that.
