Computer freeze/Unfreezes while gaming

While I'm playing video games my computer freezes then unfreezes after a min or two then it would unfreeze. this happened after i replaced my other hard drive im hoping someone can help sort this out
 
Solution
well i think your psu is not stable at load thats why u are getting those freezes, your card requires 19 amps @ 12+ volt so its better to get a good 500 watt psu from trusted brands like seasonic or xfx....

sorry for being a noob about the power supply i dont know how to find out whats my PSU but theres a switch and the number im seeing is 110v
