gpu wont get a signal

Hello.

Need some help.when i plug my hdmi in gpu in it wont get a signal.so i unplug the hdmi and put it in onboard vga i wont get a signal to.i dnt have any choice so i force shutdown it.i start my pc again my hdmi is in onbaord vga and gpu is plugin same result.force shutdown again.i unplug my gpu and start my pc and i got a signal from onboard vga.is my gpu dead?or motherboard is defected?or psu is bad

Mobo msi z87 g45

ohh that's good..... yea with vga you will not get the quality of the dvi but still its better than not playing games :) and a good vga cable can improve the quality which doesn't happens with the hdmi or dvi .....

But in my bios my gpu is in the list.but when i set my bios to load in pci insted of igc there is no signal.but when i set it to igc its work.hmm dnt know wat to do...
