Question regarding space constraints of the mini-itx Cooler Master Elite 130 and its applications to my current build...

I'd like to downsize my current Corsair Vengeance c70 build down to the mini-itx form factor of the Cooler Master Elite 130 for the sake of portability, but I'd rather not put myself into a tight spot with the restrictions of the size by being completely ignorant of what will fit and what won't. I'd also like to upgrade to the Z97 to make sure there is room to switch out the processor later on. Here is my current build:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 240M 86.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z87 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB Superclocked ACX Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair Professional 750W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

My question boils down to: Aside from the motherboard, which obviously needs to be mini-itx(would love some suggestions on that, too.), will the rest of my components fit in the Elite 130 without issue?

I don't think you can use the Seidon 240M since the Elite 120 can only support 120 mm rad/fan. Other than that, the other stuff (except the mobo ^_^) seems to fit and within the supported specs of the case.

Maybe someone who has experience/bought a Z series board can recommend you a good motherboard.
