My current rig is a modified version of the Small Form Factor Dell Optiplex GX620.

CPU: Intel Pentium D 3.40Ghz
(http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Pentium-3-4Ghz-Fsb800Mhz-Lg...)

GPU: Saphire Radeon Hd 7750 Low Profile (http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/produc...)

PSU: 275 Watts (http://www.discountelectronics.com/product?gclid=CjwKEA...)

RAM: DDR2 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

HardDrive: 80 GB SATA Drive

SO i have a budget of $250 to buy new motherboard and cpu, and possibly a new case since it is a dell premade and this is the my current case (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/ite...)

I'm looking for a motherboard that supports DDR2 Ram, and can support a cpu thats more powerful than a pentium D. All i could find was this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) and for a case i was thinking (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) I dont know much about AMD cpu's but im assuming that the ones this mobo supports are better than the Pentium D. If they aren't please let me know in your comment. I want to keep my RAM,GPU,HardDrive, and PSU and only change the mobo and cpu.

Thanks you in advance for your help :)

What do you plan to do with this computer? A $250 tablet is better. If you do any sort of upgrading while keeping your HDD, RAM, PSU your upgraded parts will be bottlenecked and there will be little performance gain. Additionally, you're likely to cause more problems for yourself in the process.
