Powerline not connecting internet

Powerline basically working but message on TV says the internet isn't connected. All the lights on the Powerline are green and blinking, indicating connected and transferring data but the TV tells me it isn't connected to the internet and I don't know why not.
I am connected to my laptop wirelessly, so I know the internet is in the house and works.

First look at all the connections, and make sure the Ethernet cable is plugged in at both ends. Better yet, swap it out for a another one.

Next, I would plug another device into the port and see if it has internet or not.

After that, think about if the powerline devices are still in sync. You may need to reset them so they have the same password again.

Finally, the powerline gear may have gone bad.
