Motherboards USB 3.0 ports not working.

So the mono I have is a Gigabyte ULMT-Usb3 and all other ports seem to work fine except for these USB 3 ports. How do I fix it? Thanks.

sounds like you dont have the drivers installed for them, stick the CD back in that came with the MOBO and look USB the USB drivers there are 2 different sets, chances are you installed only the one.

Just did that and it does not seem to fix it at all.

did you plug your case 20 or 19 pin connector to the 20/19 pin connector on the mobo.

Ok I got it to work it was your first suggestion its just that I forgot to finish the last step and rebooted, now it works. Thanks!

It was a driver install mistake I did and now its fixed. I was going to check the same thing but glad I came here first. Thanks for the help.
