can this rig play nba 2k14 at max

That i cant tell you, what i can tell you is that is an older video card & CPU running a newer game. Like i said above the best thing to do is download a demo crank up the settings and see if it is playable. My opinion is on Max settings it either is not going to run at all or you will get very minimal FPS. but i could be very wrong as well. Look for that demo. Honestly that is the best advice anyone can give you short of Purchasing a new video card upgrade, which then brings you to a new CPU and possible PSU as well.
