The GPU, HDD are perfectly upgradable. Others may disagree here but I think AMD for now is the best CPU option for you, but the case PSU here should allow you to drop$200-$300 on a nice Mobo and Intel CPU in the future.

So yes, I would say this setup is fairly future proof in terms of easy upgrading
