another vote for the Hyper 212 .
But you will need to check clearance in your case . It is narrow and if there is a lot of room behind the mb then a Hyper 212 may not fit .
Break out your ruler , or better still use a wooden stick and then compare against a ruler out of the case
I was looking at the EVO and the Enermax ETS-T40-TB but they're both about 6.2 inches tall which is like 1.5mm off from where I put the cover on so I don't want to risk it too much.
Here are some pictures of my build if it will help:

Its a very unsual way to measure something when you combine metric and inches LOL
But if my calculator works you have around 157 mm of clearance?
This Zalman

is 152 mm tall , should fit your socket and has a large 120 mm fan .
Whether it fits your mini-ITX motherboard and gives clearance for RAM and heatsinks I do no know . You should be able to research that yourself by checking the product web pages .
The price is sensational
The reviews are worth reading . The install may be a little fussy
This one is 153 mm tall
