frame rate locked at 30fps on all settings.
Vsync disabled.
Specs:
GPU: hd7990 (40-50% usage)
CPU: i7 4770k (30-50C)
PSU: 1200w xilence
RAM: 16gb corsair vengeance pro
Can't find anything useful on google so....

Im playing Battlefield 3 currently, Starcraft 2 seems to work just fine at 60fps Vsync enabled.
Im using 14.6 beta but haven't update it to 14.7 beta yet, should i go 14.4 instead? or 14.7
