what's a better case to get? mid or full tower?

I was wondering because I'm looking for a case to store my motherboard,cpu, hard drive, and I plan on getting a 780 GTX GPU.. and I need to figure out which PSU to get also?

I'd get a mid tower. You're doing the regular stuff: one GPU, no fancy water cooling, no ridiculous number of hard drives, you don't need a full tower.

Mase by a great manufacturer, fully modular and Platinum efficiency. And the price is just great. Usually this kind of power supply costs around $125-150

Unless you are running a lot of GPU's, an E-ATX motherboard, or a water cooling loop, a mid tower will be just fine.

A fractal design arc midi r2 would be my choice for a mid tower.

However if you want a full tower, the one Blackbird's chose is an excellent case as well as the PSU he recommended.

None of the above. Check out the Corsair Air 540 fits any size MB, PS, Video Card.

Form Factor is 1 inch higher then a Mini Tower and twice as wide. You either love or hate the styling
but if you don't have many 3 1/2 or 5 1/4 devices it will do anything a full tower will do but way smaller.

Love this case. It's the first one that I could fit on my desk. Since it's a low profile it fits under my shelf. Has a Huge side window
so I game and can admire the super clean build.

Since it has two levels you can tuck away the wires amazingly and it has tons of grommets so you can put them up with precision.

The drawback is that it's fairly expensive, the cube shape isn't for everyone, and it has limited 3.5" and 5.25" slots.

Otherwise it's awesome.!
