Feedback on the Gaming + Storage HTPC

I have revamped my build.
I always suck at picking the right power supply so is that one enough for what i got going on now? Plus an external device or 3 powered via USB? (keyboard, 3.0 HD, USB Audio Interface for recording)

Probably way overkill on most of the components

and perhaps not an ideal HTPC since it will be noisy . The PSU is smaller than ideal for the graphics card

True. I was considering the Saphire r7 250 but i wasn't sure on the performance of it
Also i will be throwing random ram intesive jobs at this in the future,
