my pc keeps rebooting

It comes up to select screen that displays options such as safe mode and start windows.
then when clicked on any option it freezes for a while, then displays windows xp loading screen and then reboots itself. what do i do? what exactly is the problem?

Start it up while holding the F8 key. so you get - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode#1TC=windows-7

Go into Disable Restart on System Failure.

Then go into Repair your Computer and follow the instructions

It keeps rebooting?

f2 into bios and do a reset. If can't, then do a cmos reset (Google it)
