Yes. League is a very easy game to run, and even though you didn't list your resolution, as long as it's 1080P or below you'll be fine.

This one has a much better graphics card which would make this one a better build. Still not the hugest fan of the PSU.

It might, you never know. Unbranded psus have been known to blow out taking the entire system with them. I'd rather play it safe and use a quality psu from the start.
