Outlook 2007 Problem

Hi
I am using Win7 and Microsoft Outlook 2007. I compose an email. It goes to the outbox, then leaves the outbox. I can see that mail in the sent folder. But the receipient will not get this mail. This is happening intermittently. My infrastructure like Internet Bandwidth etc. is very good. It never goes through, but this mail left my computer and sitting in my sent items.

If its in the outbox , it means that the mail was passed succesfully to your configured smtp server for further delivery. Your side is good then. It could be in you recipients spam folder f.i. Turn on delivery tracking on your composed emails to keep an eye on when the message is delivered to your recipients mailbox.

I have checked thoroughly my firewall settings. I spoke to the send also. He sent through the Reliance Datacard to my mail id. I verified twice my firewall logs and alerts. But this is not there. I did not receive his mail but showing in his sent folder.
