Is this for a gaming machine?

You need to remember that GRAPHICS horsepower is what you need in a gaming machine.

To get decent gaming performance I would strongly suggest you do the follow to maximize your graphics card budget.
Drop the SSD completely.
Drop to either a cheaper I5 (4590) or an AMD FX6300.
Drop to cheaper H97 chipset motherboard(or AMD 970 chipset depending).
Drop the CPU cooler.

What is your total budget? Are you in the US?
