I am attempting to put together my first build. So far I have an XFX R9 290X GPU (sniped for $300 from ebay), along with a CX500M PSU from Corsair.
I will most likely get the i5 4590 CPU as I have no intention of overclocking.

I heard for quality ASrock is really good, so if the above option isn't wise, what is recommended?
Furthermore, what good quality but economical chassis do you all suggest?
