If you're OCing then go for the 8320, if not the 8350 will be fine. You should go for a better PSU. Aim for tier 2 and above if ur OCing, if you're not t3 and above will do fine. The 270x is a good GPU that will play high/ultra most games, but if you can afford it go for the 280

The CPU is good enough, switching to an 8320 will not change anything, just add more cores. The thing that makes the difference is single core performance. And if you want that you'd be looking at the $230 i5 4690k. But the fx 6300 will do just fine. My friend has the fx 6300 and r9 280 like the first build and he all the games he plays maxed out (the 280 is a good GPU) including CPU heavy games. My CPU is an i5 750. I'm getting a new pc on Aug/Sept and I'm considering on getting the 6300.

Cool
One more thing though. The graphic card in the first built the r9280 3gb. Don't you think you can get a better card for the same price?
