PC rebootin itself after ocing processor and even after restorin back to normal! HELP!!!

I had a AMD FX4100 and I OC it frm 3.6 to 4.0 ghz and later it rebooted once when I play a game..so I restored back to normal in BIOS and then I kept the pc idle for an hour with only mozila open.wen I came back It rebooted again and comes with the error msg.recovered from ab unexpected shutdown.

you can try resetting defaults, for my PC there's a place where you connect jumper near the BIOS and everything is back to defaults.

Turn off your computer and remove power
look for the Motherboard battery
beside it you can find the jumper location
try to change its location
return it to its location after restart to keep the new settings otherwise it will reset your bios settings every restart

I think so, if not and still restarts randomly you may have problem with the power supply box.
just change it if problem insisted.
