Hi!
I was using Toshiba External Drive (500 G) for a few months now and it's been functioning okay. Last night though, when I clicked a movie file, it won't play so I disconnected the drive and re-started my computer. Now, it just shows Local Disc G: and won't open. I even tried the other USB ports and the same thing happened.
Is there any way for it to be fixed or at least is there any way I can recover my files?
