Power Supply, Cabinet and UPS suggestion for my rig

Motherboard :- MSI Z97 Guard Pro
Processor :- Intel i5 4670k
Memory :- Gskill 4Gb X 2 Ddr3 1600Mhz Cl9 Sniper RAM (F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR)
GPU :- ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti-2GB DDR5 (ZT-70601-10M) Graphics Card
Cooler :- Cooler Master Hyper 212X Cooling Fan / EVO

Not buying Hard Disk, waiting for SSDs of lower prices.
Also bought Monitor :- Dell E2014H 19.5 inches LED Backlight LCD Monitor

Can't decide power supply and cabinet.
My budget is very small but do not want to buy cheap PSU. Max I can spend Rs. 8000 on both of them.
Also if somebody can guide me about UPS in India.

Future proofing, incase you decide to go with a newer video card later on or run SLI configs. things like that.

Plus the newer 8series video cards are around the corner, no telling what specs they will require when all said and done.

PSU's can be nightmares when you dip into low quality ones always good to have a high quality PSU to start.
