acer aspire recovery problem

I tried to perform a recovery on my laptop but when it comes to installation of windws7 it says 'could not complete installing windows. To continue restart your computer. ' I tried restarting it several times but nothing happened. what sould i do ? please help.

Test the hard drive for possible signs of it starting to fail. Create a bootable CD containing SeaTools for DOS.
Download the CD Image from here: http://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/item/seatools-dos-master/

Use IMGBurn to create a CD from the CD Image file: http://filehippo.com/download_imgburn

Then boot your laptop from that CD and the SeaTools user interface will shortly appear on the screen.
