problem in laptop

hi, I have a problem in my Lenovo laptop g570 i5 4gb ram . it takes much longer time to start up and to shut down. I haven't installed much softwares in it. and sometimes it doesn't show dvd drive. I have tried re installing windows but its of no use so can any body help me In this matter...

Do you have an Anti-Virus on your computer?? You could have a lot of space taken up by temporary files or you could have too many programs starting on computer start-up. Log into your computer click and hold CTRL+ALT+DEL, a window should pop-up click on task manager. Inside Task Manager click the Start-Up tab, and if you could perhaps take a screenshot of all the programs using the Snipping tool attach that on here.
