When I try to play starcraft 2 on my laptop (online multiplayer) but my laptop just lags too much. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to speed my laptop up? Its an HP so I think everything is all soldered so I don't know that I can upgrade any hardware, but maybe something with the software I can do? Here are my specs, any advice is greatly appreciated. Perhaps my laptop is just not up to par.

Nup - you need to get a laptop with cpu plus discrete graphics. These start at about $700US

Are you playing on low settings? I thought SC2 could run on almost anything. Also maybe try dropping the resolution down to 720p?

If that don't work then unfortunately you need a new system.
