I now have this mobo: gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H ( http://www.gigabyte.si/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3... )

Now i've bought graphic card that I cant fit it in my mobo and need a new one. I was looking at this mobo to buy --> MSI 760GM-P23 ( http://www.msi.com/product/mb/760GMP23_FX.html#hero-ove... )

And now i dont know if it will go in my computer case. I now have ATX mobo and this new one is mATX.

The 760 will work on your motherboard. You just have to check whether your power supply can reliably power it and whether the card will fit in your case.

The GA-H55M-UD2H motherboard is an Intel socket LGA1156 Micro-ATX motherboard.
The 760GM-P23 motherboard is an AMD socket AM3+ Micro-ATX motherboard.

While the 760GM-P23 motherboard will physically fit within your case, you would also be required to purchase a new AMD processor.

What graphics card did you purchase? 99% of graphic cards purchased new, today, should physically fit and work with your current GA-H55-UD2H motherboard. The card should be installed into the first, blue, expansion slot of your motherboard (the blue PCI-Ex16 slot closest to your processor).

That should fit and work just fine with your current motherboard; again, installed into the top, blue PCI-Ex16 slot.

I've already tried to install it and it's too short. It crashes into mobo and is too short for my comp case too :)

What do you mean when you say it's "too short"? The PCI-Express pin layout is uniform for all PCI-Ex16 cards. It should fit into any PCI-Ex16 expansion slot on a motherboard without issue. If you could provide us with a link to or an image of the exact graphics card you purchased, we could probably figure out what the issue is.

Well, if that's the exact card you purchased, then is should install, perfectly into the top PCI-Ex16 expansion slot (with the rear I/O panel in the top left corner). We're probably going to need to see some images of your case interior and the rear expansion ports. In the meantime, I'd recommend viewing some graphic card install videos on youtube.

Ok. It all looks right. You just need to uninstall your Gigabyte graphics card and install the new EVGA graphics card into the same slot. Also, it looks like you'll have to punch out the second expansion slot cover next to the one currently open and used by your current graphics card.

Your new card does not appear to require additional power from the power supply.

Probably just incorrect specs. Based on the images from the link you provided, I did not see any place to plug in the PCI-E power cable from the power supply.
