I was thinking of getting a H100i but then I saw that the H105 has a thicker rad. The H100i has corsair link but the H105 doesn't?

Which one would you recommend and would they fit well in a Cooler master 690 II NVIDIA edition?

I will need a good cooler as I will be trying to get a 5Ghz overclock on my FX 8350

Thanks

The thinner radiator is better if there's not much room from the top of the case to the top of the mobo.

You won't get 5GHz from an H100 class cooler. You need custom loop watercooling for that.

However the H105 is the better cooler.
I doubt you will ever use Corsair link.

The H105 performs better due to its thicker rad. It also is using the latest design from Asetek (but it does not inlcude the variable speed pump like the NZXT X41 and X61.

However, I would get an H1110, an NZXT X41, or an NZXT X61 as they all perform better than the H100i. You just need 140mm mounting points (only 1 if you look at the x41).
