I have a laptop that the hard drive crapped out in. I recently bought a new hard drive to replace it. When I first got the laptop, Dell asked me if I wanted to "backup" the files. I did and have those on a CD. The Dell drivers came with the computer on another CD.
Me getting to the point, are those downloads that Dell made me do the Windows files or am I going to have to purchase Windows 7 again? I have the serial code and everything already.
Update: The downloads Dell had me do when I first bought the laptop, I did those downloads, but I do not know what are on those CD's. Am I going to have to buy windows again?
