Dear guys, gals and IT specialists of tomshardware

What would be a good barebones pc for around $600, can be as bad as need be. as i intend to be upgrading 2 components a year.
i would prefer a cheap graphics card so i can play games on medium.
would prefer amazon for easier shipping.

Thanks, the 260X should be good for 1080p gaming right?

Wont there be a fairly large bottleneck from that pentium to the 280?
