Well I think my Gaming Computer is bottle-necked. Here are my specs
==========================================================
CPU: Core 2 Quad GHz (OC running at 3.00GHz)
==========================================================
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX 660 OC Edition
==========================================================
RAM: 4GB
==========================================================
Motherboard: Asrock G41C-GS
==========================================================
PSU: 500W
==========================================================
HDD: (500GB)-(80GB)-(160GB)
==========================================================

Games that run bad:
Battlefield 3: 20-30 FPS on lowest settings.
Firefall: 20-40 FPS on lowest settings.
World of Warcraft: 30-45 FPS on highest ( 60-100-lowest)
Many other games run terrible that I cant think of at the moment.

So please could somebody help me and tell me what is bottle-necking my computer.

If you have any idea please tell me what I need/should get to achieve better performance.

Cheers.

I would say the processor but I think the core 2 quad should be performing better than that. Sounds like a component might be failing. It's hard to say which one.

Also you may want to check your computer for dust buildup. Dust buildup on processor or Graphics card could cause it to throttle down.

gtx 660 should be getting more fps then what it says and those games arnt really cpu intensive so it could be a cpu or gpu but your cpu is kinda crappy maybe get an i3 or i5 it could be dust in your pc as the other guy said so make sure you clean out your pc often
