When I turned my computer on all the out side fans turned on but my monitor said no signal. I then opened up the case to make sure a cable hadn't came out and noticed that the cpu and graphics card fans were not spinning when looking online i couldn't find any solutions. I've tried a cmos reset and ram reseat but none of them worked. The motherboard light is on and the power supply fan is spinning please help

It was working fine till one night it cut out. It had the same problem as now but a ram reset fixed it. After that I kept getting restarts and sometimes I had to reseat the ram again but now that's not working. I can't remember my specs as there saved on my pc ill try get them in a minute

Ok well your spec looks reasonable... R u overclocking? What are your temps like?

EDIT sorry, u cant turn it on... So no way of getting that info... Do u have a spare power supply u can try? I suspect its the part at fault...

I can now get the pc on by doing a ram reset and no I'm not over clocking. When on the pc does random restarts and every so often goes back into the mode were it doesn't boot. The cpu doesn't seem to be overheating as after a restarts its about 45-50 c. I don't have any spare parts ATM but I'm sure a friend would lend me one. On the screen after a cmos reset it says there's 0 drives, maybe that's the issue?

Sounds like a Mobo problem. 50c is quite high for starting temp. Make sure your HDD is connected properly. Try using a different power plug for it. Then I might add your HDD could also be going... Put your SATA cable that comes from the HDD into a different socket on the mobo

Since neither yo GPU nor CPU fans were on, it has to be PSU or mobo... PSU is more commonly the culprit, but swapping RAM etc providing a fix indicates mobo... Do u hav a mobo speaker plugged into yo mobo for diagnostic beeps?

Yeah its the Psu Mobo or Hdd. So borrow a Psu from a friend. If that doesnt work then test the Hdd. There should be an old one somewhere you can borrow. I dnt think its the Hdd though. Then check the mobo. First of all make sure the thermal paste is applied properly. Then try lend RAM from a friend and swap it with yours. Then check what happens. If its still not going on try taking your GPU out and use integrated graphics. Just to see if it starts then. Your going to have to test alot of things
