Since I upgraded my PC To a Asus MOBO And an FX 6300 my MOBO temperature under load were 64c, is that under the OK side of things or it can be a problem? Cpu never goes higher than 65c and my gpu goes about 60.

Solution
Its probably your VRM temp. They get hot quick.

It's your cpu temp you should be mainly watching. If it's under 40C at idle and under 55C gaming then all is well with the world.

you need to re-seat the cooler, clean off the old termal paste and use another one. No need isopropyl, you can clean it with cotton. Check if the voltage is ok from the bios and try to disable any overclock process. Some AMD cpu´s use to failure and the cpu starts to overheat all the time, even if you are using a "ms word" file. It´s very common when some psu are made with a not good quality

Looks like temps have decreased when i moved some of my cables around on the management area, MOBO doesnt go over 60c and Cpu goes to 53 Max, stable now?

53 is a good temp.....try to use any "heavy" game.......and see what happend!!!............if the game is slow, is beacuse of the temperature. Try to do it for about 10 min and tell us what happend
