Well I gotta Dell Optiplex 990 from back 2012.
Last Month i gotta GTX 750 TI OC. And getting 4gb ram more , total will be 8gb ram.

I read this CPU is still great and if i get an i7 i wont get better performance as GPU is MID ranged and no bottlenecks so it hits 100% while CPU doesnt hit 100% in WAtch Dogs.
Is it true?
And whats the differnce between i5 4690k and 2400 in gaming as i saw my CPU in top gaming Tier.
How many more years will this CPU last me.
P.S I already have Core i5 2400 and need to ask is it good for gaming, and anyupgrade needed or any bottlenecks?

Yes, you won't get better performance for switching to i7. You will need a far better GPU to push your processor to the limit. You would be better served spending that money moving to gtx 760 pr r9 270x.

There is some perfermance benefit to go from gen 2 i5 to gen 4 i5. With...

I dont think either of those CPU's will work in your dell. The K series have unlocked cores, only reason to go with that is if you plan on overclocking honestly. But yes some i5's perform almost if not better than the i7's for the money until programs utilize all the tech in the i7's but before you do anything you need to check what model dell you have and if any of those will work at all.

your socket is a 1155 and should take most 2nd and 3rd gen Pentium cpus, as for the i5 2400, its still a very strong cpu. My rig at home runs a 2500k not overclocked with 2 580's and has no issues with gaming.

as far as the i5 4690k vs 2400 they are different sockets and the 4690k will not work in your motherboard.

There is some perfermance benefit to go from gen 2 i5 to gen 4 i5. With that being said, same logic applies, it won't help if you don't have the gpu power. i5s in generally, last a pretty long time before being obsolete, many people are still rocking gen 1 with style.
