Hello everyone
Firstly I have an HP Pavilion dv6-2160sv laptop /intel core i5 cpu m 430. (If you need any more information feel free to ask) The last weeks it used to get really oveheaten, but i thought that was normal, cause of the daily overextended usage the last 3,5 years. Anyway before some days after it boot normally, the screen went on and off for a few seconds and then blue screen appeared. I gave it to a techinician who said to me that the graphic card was damaged due to dust and high temprature and now my laptop runs with very low graphic settings. Furthermore I can't play games, cause of the low graphics.
When i try to update the (nvdia) driver, i have again the same problem and i have to delete the update in safe mode, cause the laptop can't start.(it goes until the windows 7 logo and after that the screen goes black) . I would be really gratefull if someone could help me to fix that, in case you think it can be fixed
-sorry for my bad english and take into account that i am not good in computers..
