Good enough PSU?

My psu is cooler master thunder 600W...
It is good for?->
Mobo-Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 (rev 4.0)
Ram-Kingston 8Gb 1600MHz
CPU-AMD Sempron 145,OC to AMD anthlon II X2 4450e
HDD-WD 500Gb
GPU-Gigabyte HD 5750OC 1Gb GDDR5

And how big psu do i need when i upgrade to->
Mobo-Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 (rev 4.0)
CPU-AMD FX-9590
Ram-16GB
HDD-3 Tb
GPU-AMD Radeon 7970

The CM thunder 600W will happily run the top build and as for the bottom build I would be saying a 700-750W PSU, preferably seasonic, EVGA or XFX

Good enough? Yes. Could do better? Yes, with a EVGA, XFX, or Seasonic PSU.

You only need 500-600w for the 7970 so the CM Thunder 600w is good enough. Are you planning to replace the psu? If so, Seasonic is one of the best.
