Can I overclock this?

My laptop is SONY VAIO E Series VPCEB34EN.. It has the ATI (AMD) Radeon HD 5470 512 MB DDR3 Graphics Card.. The GPU-Z window:

I can't find my motherboard anywhere on the web, but through CPU-Z, I got this:

I never updated my BIOS though :D.. Can I overclock my GPU?
The temperature during heavy game play for over 4 hours doesn't cross 67 C..
NOTE: I have a broken cooler under my laptop (usually one with two fans powered by USB), so it provides room under my laptop..

Not really, you can try and download a third party program to overclock it. I wouldn't be surprised if they locked all the clock settings just because of heat and the difficulty laptops have displacing heat at stock settings
